In honor of the beautiful island that hosts us, we selected some Majorcan wines from the excellent wineries in the Algaida area, alongside a selection of Italian wines from the different regions of our country.

Just as the menu changes with the seasons, so do our wines offered.

The Wine Cellar

To select the wines that come into our cellar, we believe that the best way is … to get on the road and meet the producers. The quality of wine is only the starting point: we are interested also in the people behind the wine.

PIETRO RINALDI

Azienda Agricola Rinaldi is located in Piedmont, in the hilly region of Alba, in Madonna di Como, an area of Langhe which is particularly suitable for the cultivation of vines.

PIEDMONT REGION

FATTORIA FIBBIANO

Perched on a small, sun-kissed hill, bordered by two streams, near the village of Terricciola, nestling in the hills between Pisa and Volterra.

TUSCAN REGION

VALDIBELLA

Some farmers on the territory of Camporeale, in the Western part of Sicily, found the cooperative Valdibella, an association which dedicates itself to the growing of 3 organic products: vine, almonds and olives.

SICILY REGION

SARTORI

We are in Valpolicella, an area, punctuated by wine, olive,and cherry trees, that for four generations has provided the background for the fortune of the Sartori di Verona family.

FILETTO DI VACCA GALLEGA

Filetto servito con millefoglie di verdura, pepite di cavolfiore e ketchup di champignon.
Solomillo servido con milhojasde verdura, pepitas de coliflor y ketchup de champiñones.
Fillet steak served with layer vegetable gratin, cauliflower nuggets and champignon ketchup.

POLLETTO ALLA CACCIATORA

Polletto cotto a bassa temperatura glassato con salsa alla cacciatora e patate dolci fritte.
Picantòn cocido a baja temperatura glaseado con salsa a la cacciatora y boniato fritto.
Low temperature cooked cornish  glazed with cacciatora sauce and sweet potato.

POLIPO ULTRAVIOLETTO

Polipo con alioli nero,  hummus di ceci e chips vegetali.
Pulpo con alioli negro, hummus de garbanzos y chips vegetales
Octopus with black aioli, chickpeas hummus and veggie chips.

TEMPURA DEL MEDITERRANEO

Granchio, anelli di calamari, gamberoni e alici in tempura servito con mayo di bottarga di tonno e lime.
Cangrejo, anillos de calamares, gambones y boquerones fritos con mayo de botarga de atùn y lima.
Crab, squid rings, prawns and anchovies tempura served with tuna and lime mullet.

LASAGNA DI MARE

Pasta wan-ton con bolognese di mare, besciamella di pomodoro secco e cardamomo.
Hojas de pasta wan-ton, bolognesa de cangrejo y mejillones con bechamel de tomate seco y cardamomo.
Wan-ton dough sheets, crab and mussels bolognese, bechamel of sun-dried tomatoes and cardamom.

PACCHERI PESTO E GAMBERONI

Paccheri di Gragnano ripieni di pesto al basilico e macadamia, gamberoni del Mediterraneo e bisque.
Paccheri de Gragnano rellenos con pesto de albahaca y macadamia, langostinos y su bisque.

RAVIOLI CON RAGÙ NAPOLETANO

Ravioli di Ricotta Caprina ed erbe, cucinati in stile gyoza con ragù di costolette di maiale.
Ravioli de ricotta y hierbas en estylo gyoza con ragù de costillas de cerdo.
Ricotta and herbs dumplings gyoza style cooked with pork ribs ragù.

TAGLIATELLE AL TARTUFO

Tagliatelle fatte in casa con farina di Maiorca ai porcini, salsa al tartufo, Parmigiano e funghi in conserva.
Tagliatelle caseras de boletu, salsa de trufa, Parmigiano y setas en conserva.

Frolla ripiena di crema pasticcera al bergamotto con frutta fresca e meringa.
