Our twice daily yoga practice will be suitable for all levels and experience and thoughtfully guided, so you can rest in the knowledge that your time on the mat will be tailored just for you. We’ll start in the morning with a gentle touch just after home-made refreshing smoothie. We’ll use the amazing energies that we cultivate in the practice to direct towards our morning meditation afterwards.
In the evenings our pre-dinner practice will focus on opening the body with a long vinyasa using the amazing yoga Wheel to emprove our practice and stretch the long day out.
We’ll also have a wonderful veg cooking class during the retreat to help you extend your knowledge and deepen your yoga mood.
During the days togheter we will also relax to the seaside, joining the beautifuls things that Mallorca can offer.
